I run regular herb courses and workshops at Ruskin Apothecary, Hawkwood College and on the Isle of Man with the aim of introducing people to herbal medicine and enriching their own relationship with the herbal world. The focus in all our teaching is to help you develop your intuitive experience of herbs by means of herb tasting and plant study. Teaching is highly experiential; this approach is a great way of learning about herbs - books are great but information is quickly forgotten - learning by experience means that once learned never forgotten!Click on the navigation link on the side of the page for events, workshops and courses coming up.

• Herb Walks (generally free, three or four times a year, always May and June)

• One day workshops (’Spring harvest’, ‘Roots and berries’ and ‘Introduction to Intuitive Herbalism’)

• Two/three day workshops (’Plant Spirit’, ‘Intuitive Herbalism’)

• One year (with a possible second year) - ‘Intutive herbalism - The Art and Craft of Healing’
