We run regular herb courses and workshops at Ruskin Apothecary, Hawkwood College and in Norway with the aim of introducing people to herbal medicine and enriching their own relationship with the herbal world. The focus in all our teaching is to help you develop your intuitive experience of herbs by means of herb tasting and plant study. Teaching is often by blind herb tasting - its often amazing how much you can discover about a herb through taste and smell alone! After the tasting we attempt to combine our experience with the folklore, traditions and modern uses of the herb.
