Free Herb Walk: We will take around one hour exploring the wild plants growing in the valley. Wet weather gear recommended! We won’t be covering much ground (a few hundred metres). The walk is free but please phone/email me to let me know if you want to come so that I know numbers.

This talk/discussion is intended to explore themes around working with illness in a positive way, and mapping out some of the opportunities for change, growth and awareness that can emerge from it.

‘Healing plants of the garden and hedgerow – Nine essential plants to grow or harvest’
This talk is aimed at those wanting to take some first steps in growing and using herbs in a practical way. It would also be of interest to seasoned herb users since there will be opportunities for discussion about the ways of working with and using the herbs.
