With a small group (max 5) we meet throughout the year, learning about the herbs around us as they come into flower. This is a very hands-on course, with half of it spent outside and medicine making whilst the rest is spent developing our abilities to listen to plants. Working with a number of different techniques involving meditation, journeying with drum, plant spirit and group tastings, we learn how to open ourselves to a deep understanding of the action of plants on our body and consciousness.

This course consists of 17 days divided into seven 2 day + 1 evening workshops, starting February, on a Wednesday evening, Thursday and Friday. The total cost is £880 and I like to meet those interested for a brief interview to check it is suitable for you - I expect to finalise the people attending in Autumn 2009
